DELIGHTED

I just wanted to let you know how DELIGHTED I was with the service received

I am not sure if this will reach the very helpful chap I spoke to last Sunday evening but I just wanted to let you know how DELIGHTED I was with the service received from yourselves in getting my daughter’s forgotten bag down to her at boarding school, 450 miles from home. It was a pleasant surprise to have my phone call answered on a Sunday evening in a bit of a panic, and even more impressive to find the bag collected during my day at work on Monday and delivered by lunchtime on Tuesday. All for an extremely reasonable price! With my business head on I am guessing that there is not much margin in each job for you but with service like this I shall be more than pleased to recommend you and wish you every success in what you are doing.
Thanks so much again, this was a real lifesaver for a teenager with exams next week and all her revision notes in her suitcase!

Packing

When it come to packing your case most people fold it all nicely and place in the case. The best way to pack so you can get more into the case is to roll up clothing as tight as possible. Fill every possible space such as inside shoes with small items like underwear and socks.
You will be amazed at how much more you can pack into a case or bag.

Lost Luggage

Every year airlines lose millions of suitcases. Many are returned to their rightful owners eventually but others get auctioned off at ridiculous prices and the owner doesn't get the money raised. The reason for this is that the Airlines are unable or unwilling to find the owner.

We have made it easier for you to get your baggage returned to you should your be unfortunate to be one of the millions that loses their case.

We have a free packing list on our website home page www.directbaggage.com which we encourage everyone to fill in and place in each case whenever they travel with their luggage. Should that case be lost there is a document telling the Airline who where to return it too.
